Etude House LUCIDarline Fantastic Nails (another extremely long name from Etude House!) look like they belong in a jewellery box. The collection features super pretty metallic and glitter infused jewel tones enclosed in adorable heart shaped vials. For a self confessed human magpie, I just had to have them.
I love just about all the colours in the collection, but Spangle 05 Dazzling Pink and Glittering 07 Tangerine Orange are definitely my favourites. I picked these up from an Etude House boutique during my short trip to Singapore last month.
I really love LUCIDarling Fantastic Nails’ flat brush. Flat brushes are the easiest to use in my opinion. LUCIDarling Fantastic Nails’ brushes are thinner than the OPI ‘pro’ brushes, but fan out easily with a bit of pressure.
Glittering 07 Tangerine Orange is infused with very tiny glitter particles which make this nail polish look somewhat multi-faceted.
The formula is thin and applies easily and evenly. However, as Tangerine Orange is semi-sheer, you’ll need a good two or three coats before you start getting that really pretty saturated orange colour. I really love this colour. Maybe it’s just my current obsession with everything orange.
Spangle 05 Dazzling Pink is a basic glitter polish with relatively large glitter pieces in a clear formula.
While it looks really pretty in the bottle, the glitter bits are rather sparse, and to get the look in the bottle, you’d have to really lay it on. After one coat you get a kind of messy speckled look.
Just one more thing…I just can’t get over how Etude House LUCIDarling Fantastic Nails bottles look a lot like a particular body part…
