The Royal Vision Bella 4 Green is a truely vivid green contact lens. Afterall, why would you bother to wear a green lens unless it was seriously green? To read my full review, view more photos, and find out how you can win a FREE pair of yoru own, read the full post! |
Unlike most contact lens brands which use glass vials, Roya Vision opts for blister pack packaging for their lenses. Personally I think this a great idea. It make shipping safer (no risk of broken glass) and easier, and it appears to be just as hygenic. |
Green lenses should always be multi-toned so that they look natural to an extent, as in nature, green eyes always present with at least brown tones mixed in. While the product name describes it as ‘4 Tone’, I can only identify green, brown, and black. The design of Bella 4 Tone Green at first glance reminds me of Vivian Pinapple 3 Tone Green, which I reviewed a while back. The main difference is that this lens is highly transparent, which creates a great halo effect. |
The product information states that this lens is 14.5 mm diameter. To me it looks larger than that, at least 15 mm, or perhaps it just has an awesome enlarging effect. I’m not going to get out my measuring tape to confirm! A 14.5 mm lens with a 15 mm enlargement effect is definitely a plus. |
Unfortunately, for my very dark eyes, the tranparent lens just disappears against my iris, but the halo effect created against the white of my eyes is still very awesome. It gives the look of deep transluscent eyes, albeit with huge dilated pupils! |
