Often the one thing we want most to be able to do with eyeliner is to draw it super thin and smooth – ok I lied, it’s two things. When you’re trying and failing to get that perfect line, like I did for years, it’s so tempting to blame your tools. But in this case, I think you do have to question whether your eyeliner is actually designed to do what you want it to do. For one thing, it’s much easier to create a thin line with liquid eyeliner, rather than pencil or gel. But not all liquid liners are equal. Having tried a number of pen type liquid liners, I’ve always gone back to my old faithful Dolly Wink Liquid Eyeliner. But now, I’ve found one that could quite possibly rival it. Surprisingly, it’s a relatively under-hyped product – Jealousness Waterproof Liquid Eyeliner Pen. Read on for my full review! |
Jealousness Waterproof Liquid Eyeliner makes some big promises, that it’s waterproof, smudge-free and dries within 3 seconds. What more could you really want from an eyeliner really. Be careful when you first use this product, as some jostling may have made all the ink build up on the tip, and is very running on the first application – ok so not a great first impression, but wait till you see the next bit before you judge! The runniness of this eyeliner may at first be seen as a big negative, but as I soon found out, this meant that it was so easy and smooth to draw with. After using up the built up ink, the eyeliner applies semi opaque. What about it’s three promises?
