First it was all black, then all white, so it only makes sense that my new love is monochrome. Needless to say, I’ll be stocking up on black and white basics for winter. Lockdown Liberated is one up and coming Australian label that totally gets that. Their current collection consists of chic reinventions of all sorts of classic favourites – the tailored blazer, the leather mini skirt, the little striped T shirt – with a little bit of a difference. It’s everything I want to be wearing right now. So naturally I was ecstatic to receive a few of their pieces, including their ‘Follow My Lead’ top, which is a new take on the classic T shirt, with a cool triangle cut front and button detailing at back. I also love the thick material the tee is made from, which gives an extra bit of warmth and also gives it a satisfactory level of structure. Comfort and style can definitely mix with quality wardrobe staples. I’m layering with French Connection boyfriend blazer and Oxford two tone trousers.

Watch this space for more posts in the next couple of weeks featuring Lockdown Liberated pieces.

By the way, Lockdown Liberated is currently offering free shipping till the end of May! Gotta get on that!
