Is it somewhat hypocritical of me to be all about sports luxe when I actually don’t play any actual sports? Being a style blogger is never having to apologize for what you wear!
Right now I’m completely obsessed with active wear cuts and mesh paneling (still can’t get over Alexander Wang SS’13 one year later), and Front Row Shop is all over these trends in all the right ways. When the lovely people at Front Row Shop asked me to pick a few pieces for my blog, it was one of those happy-sad moments. One minute I was a 13 year old girl in the Barbie isle, then the next I realised I just wanted one (or 10) of everything. Too bad tantrums on the shopping mall floor doesn’t work when you’re an adult…
I fell in love with these sports luxe geometric floral print shorts from Front Row Shop, which is also available in a cropped T shirt in the same print for matchy-matchy perfection. I decided to be a tomboy (again) in this ASOS organza panel T shirt and my Jessica Buurman slip-on sneakers.
Thanks to Amie from Canberra Blog Style H2T for the idea of shooting on the roof parking lot of my local mall. This could become one of my regular self photography haunts.

Me too! I feel like it’s made for me!
My heart got caught by this outfit! This shirt is beautiful and covers in a very beautiful way! I love your post introduction; makes me think, why should we keep “sport” outfits only for this acticity. If they have precises benefits (like spare us from sweating, maintains our shapes) it’s actualy a reason to enjoy them everytime. I like your blog and will keep it aside to have a look at it regularly =)
Have a good day!
Thanks so much for your thoughtful comment, Audrey! I think we should always experiment with fashion as much as we can. No one says you have to wear clothes a certain way or for certain purposes just because we’re told to. Being adventurous is what makes fashion fun 🙂
Well said =)
